About the Project
Every evening, patients call practices that are already closed. Some leave a voicemail. Many don't — and call a competitor instead. The next morning, practitioners face a queue of messages with no structure or priority.
I'm building an intelligent answering system that handles these calls automatically: it answers, records, transcribes, and delivers a clean morning summary directly to the practitioner — so no call goes unnoticed and no patient is lost silently.
Before building it, I want to confirm this solves a real problem. The questionnaire takes less than 4 minutes. There is nothing to buy. If you'd like, I'll share the anonymized results once the validation is complete.
